A poll was taken of the NAP memebers after the 2021 Nilbog regular season requesting their votes for the below awards. All four members responded to each poll. Below are the final results.
2021 Winners
Most Valuable Player – Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor spent 2021 proving himself to be the premier asset in fantasy football as of 2022. Taylor has cemented himself as an S tier asset, sitting comfortably in his own tier above the rest. Taylor is only 23 years old, and looks ready to dominate for at least a couple more seasons.
Player of the Year – Jonathan Taylor

Taylor finished the 2021 Nilbog regular season with the most points of any non-QB. Across 13 games, Taylor averaged 103 yards, 2.77 receptions, and 1.38 touchdowns. Removing his outlier 54 point game, Taylor averaged 19.7 PPG, which still would have made him the #1 RB.
Rookie of the Year – Ja’Marr Chase

Explosive rookie Ja’Marr Chase ended the 2021 season living up to his 1.01 draft capital. Chase averaged 4.6 receptions, 79.6 yards, and 0.77 touchdowns across 13 games. His rookie year shines as one of the best since…uh…Justin Jefferson in 2020.
Over-Performer of the Year – Cordarrelle Patterson

In 2013 – 2019, Cordarrelle Patterson averaged under 1 rushing attempt per game. In 2020, he rushed 4 times per game. In 2021, Patterson rushed 9.5 times per game on top of averaging 3.7 targets and surprised everyone. Before the season, he was completely off the radar. He finished as the #7 RB
Comeback Player of the Year – Deebo Samuel

Deebo’s 2020 season was cut short due to multiple injuries, but he rebounded in spectacular fashion in 2021 and was well deserving of Nilbog’s Comeback Player of the Year.
